Fuel return sys..

After countless hours and comparing notes. I have decided to build a custom fuel return system utilizing these rails.

I'm curious also. What kind of FI setup are you going to use these with?

Deebo? I can't keep up with this SOFLA lingo anymore.

Why do the FL guize dominate the F/I forums??

That’s where I found the rails from too. From what I’m getting a stage one fuel return system utilizing stock rails could support upwards of 500 RWHP so basically (adaptors, clips, FPR and lines). I was originally gonna go with that plan cause I couldn’t justify the high dollar AAM rails even though they bring bling to our engine bays. Basically for half the price these should be more than enough to get the power goals of my needs.

Here is another intresting site I found who makes custom rails..

The link to the page where I found the rails is on this thread. The reason why I’m going this route is better fuel sustainment, cost efficient, quality and brings bling the engine bay without breaking the bank (gotta break bread with this overall bad economy) oh important point I missed. “I luv custom fabrication”

humm interesting also..

Hydraulic Pulsation Damper
Designed to absorb the hydraulic shocks produced in fuel rails by the opening and closing of injectors. Will help eliminate fuel pressure "bounce" and uneven fuel distribution. Red-anodized, billet aluminum body features a Schrader valve test port for fuel pressure and sample checks. Inlet is 3/8" NPT.

Custom is awesome but forgot to mention that the most important parts are the fuel pump bucket pieces. Its the regulator delete and other fittings. I've tried to make my own stuff, but those leaked. I recommend you look up CJM, you can order those custom machined pieces from them. Kinda expensive for what they are, but could save you some trouble. Or if you have access to a machine shop maybe you can make your own. Those are the only parts you will need that aren't 'off-the-shelf'.

This one you don't need 100% but it
makes running -AN line a little bit easier.

This is the important part, looks simple, but theres no way to find anything anywhere that would work so its got to be this or custom.
