Greddy or JWT 700bb TT?
Right now I've got the Nismo bumper so the JWT TT twin intercooler kit would be a great fit and look sick.
However, I've been hearing that the Greddy TT kit will put out the same power as the JWT kit, but at lower PSI. And I've also heard that it has the general capability to push more overall power than the JWT kit. So now I'm considering the Greddy kit, and would probably swap out my front bumper with one that can provide better airflow to the huge front intercooler of that system.
I'm building out a VQ35DE with tons of supporting mods/upgrades, so my goal is to push ~575+ at the wheels.
Which it do you guys recommend for this project?

The Greddy kit is great for street use and 1/4 mi. use. If you are road racing, use the JWT because it is water-cooled.
Also, look into the prices. Greddy had a HUGE price increase this year. If you buy new, by the time you get the Greddy kit and Intercooler, it will cost you $$$$$. When comparing prices, you need to look into what is included in the kit and what is not. For example, I don't beleive the Greddy kits come with an Intercooler anymore. List price on the Intercooler is $1,595, so take that into consideration when making your decision. I beleive the JWT kit includes the Intercoolers, but don't quote me on that. You need to check to make sure.
EDIT: I looked up the Nismo bumper. If you want to keep that bumper, I would strongly recommend you go with JWT. I don't know anyone else who makes intercoolers that work as well as JWT's with that particular bumper style. If anyone else in the forum knows of intercoolers better suited for that particular bumper, please post your thoughts.

I had speed force create me a dual intercooler like the jwt but a thicker core. This alowed me to keep the stock front bumper but provide a good cooling system for the charged air.
Terry is correct in that Greddy uped there prices big time this year. Also another thought is the jwt has to be installed by a certified installer.
I see you are building this for 575, both kits will need supplimental parts to achieve that goal. If you go with the greddy kit, get the tuner version and provide your own management and fuel system.
any other ? feel free to ask

Nice setup.
If the OP goes with the Greddy kit, this would be a better option than the Greddy Intercooler for the Nismo bumper.
Shdowflare, just in case you haven't looked into it, most Intercoolers are center mounted and require a bumper with a center opening to function properly. The JWT kit comes with dual intercoolers that fit where the stock and Nismo bumper openings are. Evidently, GreenGoblin had custom Intercoolers made to do the same thing, but provide more cooling using the thicker core.

Wow that picture is M A ZING. It looks sick like that. And I would probably go with JWT because of the twin intercoolers and it will be installed by a certified installer. That would make me feel better about JWT's products.

Yeah, I fell in love with that pic too. It's really why I went with the Nismo bumper to begin with. I knew I wanted those JWT twin intercoolers sitting back there!
As I understand it, I'm sacrificing a bit of power going with JWT over Greddy but damn that looks great!

The 700bb's are good for about 550whp depending on the dyno. If you are thinking of going for more later, I would skip the 700bb, and try the Greddy. I am assuming this is mostly a street car.

Thanks, Sharif. Your word is bond here. My local installer said the same thing. What do you think about the 850bb JWT turbos? Would they enable me to still run the two intercoolers and push more HP? The only reason I'm still considering JWT is because I've already got the Nismo bumper and love that twin intercooler look.
My installer also said if I ever want to push anything 600rwhp or beyond, Greddy is the way to go (which also means a new bumper to permit more direct airflow to the intercooler).

Where can I get a custom SFR twin intercooler that'd match up well with my Nismo front bumper, and allow me to supply the Greddy turbos with adequate air cooling? Sorry I'm not familiar with SFR...
Also, I have a 2.5" Stillen true-dual exhaust. Is that sufficient to support 600+rwhp? I like the exhaust, so I'm hoping to keep it. Just want to understand the maximum amout of HP/TQ I can push with that as my back-end...
Thanks again guys!

or any of the good performance shops (ie Forged) can make you up something using spearco, bell, etc cores and custom endtanks.
really anyone that can weld and has access to a tube bender can make one for ya.

You can even order custom intercoolers from spearco. I think thats what I might do next year does anyone have pictures of SFRs twin intercooler the picture on there website looks like a large single and I think Tinmans car was a large single as well
