A little history on Tom Fujita at Portflow...Before he started Port Flow, he use to do all of the head work on the Cosworth Indy Cars that ran at the Indy 500 back in the early to mid 90's as well as the all of the Heads for the Nissan Factory IMSA cars from the 90's.
I have not heard too much about Headgames except on the forums here...from what I have heard they do good work as well.

As I said the heads are almost done and I should have monday. Below are some progress pics...Enjoy!!
Pics of the exhaust valves...to the left is the old exhaust valve, and to the right is the new oversized inconnel exhaust valve. Noticeable increase in size
.

Exhaust and Intake valves. The ones in front are the old stock valves and the ones in the back are the new supertech oversized valves. This is another good shot that shows how much larger the new oversized valves are than the old stock valves.

Here are the new vs. old valve springs (new on left and old on the right)

Valve Spring Specs:

New Titanium Retainers:

Close up of the freshly cut intake seats:

Close up of the intake and exhaust ports (ported and polished):

Head Ports (head still needs to be decked but ports are all done):

Ported and Plosihed Intake and Exhaust Ports:

The heads will be ready for pick up tomorrow with the cams installed. I will take more pics then. Stay tuned!!

Thanks everyone!!
Well I finally got the heads back and they look awesome!!
Heads with Cosworth 270 degree Cams Installed:

Combustion Chamber Close Up:

Just some specs on the heads. Tom Fujita at Port Flow put the heads on the flow bench before and they maxed out at 265 CFM stock. After his port, polish, and over size valve job the heads maxed out at 306 CFM. These things are gonna flow very nice!!
Now that the heads are back at the shop assembly will begin, and we hope to have the car completely put back together by June 30th. More pics to come soon!!
