Finally got some time to myself and was able to finish up the motor.
I will not use any sensors that came off this motor and will take them off my
known good running motor that is on my car now. The motor ain't pretty from the
side since the previous owner had let it sit in his backyard.

Here are some pictures of the finished product

You should have got the engine "hot tanked" at the machine shop. The progress is looking good

Figure I would update been so busy lately.

I pulled out the motor 3 weeks ago and had the engine bay sprayed.
While the engine bay was getting sprayed I was transferring things from one
motor to the other.
I started putting in the motor on Wednesday.

Thursday spent the day modifying the Rad support for the Koyo R Rad and
installing and double checking everything even got to start up the car and let it run for a few. I found that the hard line for the Steering rack had broken while pulling/installing the motor so I had to make a new hard line.

Saturday I made the new hard line for the steering rack and reinstalled my exhaust and swaybars. I thought i had a vacuum leak did a smoke test no leaks found out Cyl 6 coil pack wasn't totally plugged in.

Sunday I tried bleeding the clutch and coolant which I still have not finished (Waiting on some tools). Put some of the body stuff back on the car so I can have room in my garage to store the car.

Hope you find a new body shop soon so you can get the sexy beast in time to enjoy some nice weather.
it seems like the only work that was done efficiently was the work you did yourself... you know how the saying goes when you want something done...

i might be out in NJ soon, i'll hit you up maybe i'll stop by

I'm with Tim... Massive thumbs up on DIY. Great Job, can't want to see it and the rear fenders done.
