My LS2/350z---PT88 single turbo build.
hahah they are all good now. Im running an open loop speed density tune. I was running off the stock 1 bar and just using power enrichment vs RPM to guess the fueling. Now that all the injector info is set im right around 11.5 settling to 11.2 by 7psi. 7psi is as low as it goes. I turned it up to 10psi but the car was uncontrollable. Even at 7psi I was laying down dark strips on the highway..
I tuned the car myself after countless hours of learning and trial and error slowly building up rpm and boost. It now runs absolutely mint. No knock anywhere and good timing. And for the people who said the turbo would be too big..im making 4psi by 2552rpms in 4th so..its not that bad..after 3k though once its in its power band its absolutely violent. More vids to come..along with more boost.
RC..remember Intense telling me my power lab kit didn't fit because I didn't know what i was doing and it was installer error? Funny..my new 4" downpipe clears everything and has no rattles. =)
Thats the plan in a few weeks. I had the fenders lightly stretched and hammered flat when I had the car repainted and the new 08 front end put on..325s sit IN the fenders now.
No. that was a cam only with a 150 shot that day and I couldnt get the car out of 2nd gear without going right at the wall. It was cold that day and my best time was a 12.1@ 83 haha (1.61 60'--stock suspension)
