Most compatible exhaust for the PowerLab kit?

What's up guys, was wondering if anyone heres running a PowerLab set-up? I got an 06 G coupe and looking for a nice 3' exhaust that goes really with the powerlab kit? Preferrably single but i'd do double also. Really lookin for feedback on what you FI guys run on ur turbo kit.

JIC single exhaust works really well with the PowerLab kit…

I’m going with a dual exhaust so I’m just having a reverse y-pipe fabricated for my HKS exhaust (PowerLab GT35R kit).

Yea im thinkin bout going the same route as well. Just wondering if i would get any backpressure from the reverse y to the hks exhaust. Was thinking a reverse 3" y into a 2.75 exhaust outlet to the hks. Just tryna figure out whas the best option and least amount of work also lol. jic single would bolt right in where as i'd have to go to a muffler shop to fab the custom reverse y pipe im lookin for.

Yeah, they’ll be some fabrication involved with the HKS dual option but I can’t imagine that it would run more than $100-200 for parts and labor. Also, yeah, because the exhaust diameter is taking a step down in size I’d imagine that it’s not going to be as efficient as a straight 3” exhaust like the JIC, but I’m sure it’s not going to anything major. Besides you can always add an exhaust cutout on the final downpipe for track days…

As long as you don't mind having an empty exhaust tip mold in your bumper. I personally have a dual exhaust and am going to get a reverse y fab'd. Still in purgatory on whether I should install the turbo or not =/

What I've noticed is the singles have a little more of a ricey sound, just my personal opinion though, surely people would challenge my judgement tooth and nail. If you do happen to go dual, the reverse-y is fairly cheep and shouldn't cost more than 200-250 for a shop to custom fabricate one for you.

Yea the single sounds more ricey but i think thas cuz its a complete 3 inch where as the hks dual is 2.5... even fabbed i cant imagine it being completely 3 inch, has to get smaller leading to the exhaust outlet i believe.
