Quieting BV on a Vortech SC

So, its been awhile since i had my Vortech installed and i think the bypass noise is starting to get to me now.

Anyone have any experience or suggestions on how to quiet these things down. Someone in another thread mentioned a filter for the BV, but that just seems too cheesey and will affect the performance of the BV.

Another thing which is mentioned in the Vortech manual is to re-feed the outlet of the BV back into the intake. Not sure if this is possible though for this particular configuration.

Any thoughts?
Besides rolling up the windows or getting a TT!

Actually, funny you should say it.

Thats what i'm probably going to do.
Right now working on a complete package with my local shop:
Built Motor - Stroked out baby
Greddy Twin Turbo
New Clutch / Flywheel
All the trimmings . . . .

The goal we're working for is a 700rwp daily driver!

simple thing: get filter foam, wrap it over the bpv exhaust, use a hose clamp to secure it. done.

had it on there for a few months now. quite as can be.

you can re route it into the intake. but the computer has to be flashed to accept that extra air or it has to be before the maf

wow, just wow.

You can't recirculate it into the pressurized side of the charge piping. that wouldn't bypass anything since the bypass air goes straight into it's own air!

a recirculation goes into the intake pipe BEFORE the supercharger (non pressurized).
