Oh...you're not that close huh?

Well, what I did was drive my car over to Church's before I installed the injectors, and he installed Uprev as well as the 440 map...I then drove home and installed my FI and injectors a week later and drove back for my tune...you can drive to the tune as long you don't go into boost; back then I lived about an hour from Church's too...

If you're not willing to drive to Church's twice, you may consider installing the injectors at his shop, then getting a tune...just make sure you let him know; or he can have his boys install it but he'll charge you for that...

I hate to say it but that turbo looks kinda small...especially for a ST setup.

Wouldn't it be a benefit if spools very quickly because of its size?

If it's too small he'll be unable to hold boost not to mention hot intake air temps which can cause damage (both engine and turbo).

I hope you ran the numbers when you selected that turbo!

Even on the product page it clearly states:

http://focus.c-f-m.com/spaturbo5000-...?dc=googlefeed

Suggested application: 1.6L - 2.5L engines

I'm sure other more math oriented folks will chime in, but my gut feeling isn't a good one...

very true, but my guy wouldn't do the set up if he didn't like the turbo. he said it should be fine and i might get boost creep.

Dustin has this on his car for a while and he made just about 400whp then sold it for SC set up

I would have ceramic coated the hot side and down pipe just because of the placement, looking at the pictures if you dont do something about heat (turbo blanket/heat wrap) you will likely melt your fender liner and underhood temps will be very high. I also noticed you cross over pipe is right by your slave cylinder I might be concerned it could boil your clutch fluid i am not saying it will happen but it looks like a possibility.

I see you ditched your AC i live in Canada and i wouldn't even sacrafice my AC let alone is I lived in SoCal.

The turbo should be good for 400whp if its completely strung out.

yup AC lines and Compressor is gone. I've never felt boost in a G and ive already wanted it.. i just cant wait till its done.

ceramic coating and head wrapping shouldn't take to long, all in a day worth huh?

i'll get it done with some spare time. thanks for the input!

Your back pressure will be very high with that tiny turbine, so you will need a good EBC. I would also keep a close eye on your IAT's.

Nice fab work though..
