My 2004 G35C - Custom Turbo Garage Build.

Well, where to start... all my buddies have there boosted rides.. IS300's Evo's Sti's.. Rsx.. Integra.. thought it would be cool to have a boosted G around..

Gathered up what I could money wise my budget was around 3k and started to talk with my man Jason Park. Great guy very knowledgeable. Did many of my friend's cars my brothers fully built integra type R..

He port and polish my head, and did my nitrous set up back a year ago. He's been in professional mechanics for a good 14 years now. Specializing in Import and USDM.

So here we go.

Dropped the car off about 4 weeks ago, I gave him 1500 upfront and the rest of the 500 when hes finished.

The 2000 includes the following. Fabrication, intercooler pipes, vbands, labor, HkS SSQV bov, walbro 255 fuel pump and exhaust fabrication. pretty much everything.

Dustin ( illmatic ) sold me a SPA 38mm wastegate, spearco frount mount, and spa 5000 turbo brand new that retails for around 650 + http://focus.c-f-m.com/spaturbo5000-...?dc=googlefeed

yes it's a lil bit small but effective and im happy that he sold me all 3 items for 350 bucks.

I bought RC injectors 440 with clips from a member here $240

here are some pics of how everything is going..

Front Mount

Intercooler piping

Birdcage/Crossover pipe

HKS BOV on hotside

Turbo mounted

Piping idea, Cut the injen MAF housing and used that

So far so good, the car is almost complete.. Fantastic welds and mandrel bending.. all out of a garage. If anyone in socal needs work done please let me know!

I will keep u all updated with pics and anything else I missed!

*NEW* also, kept the DC headers with this turbo kit, hopefully it will free up some air and more power!

You can do what I did long ago...have Shawn load a 440 map in your ECU, so when you're ready to drive to the tune you can switch over to the 440 map from the stock map...

Unless you don't have Cruise control, then that's another story...
