Vortech Owners - Idler Pulley

Anyone developed a noise from their idler pulley after Vortech install? My G has developed one and a friend's 350Z also?

Repacked bearing helped some but reappeared shortly.

Thanks!

Are you sure its not the Jackshaft causing the noise..

Removed the pulley. Re-lubed and noise almost stopped. Just a squeak when starting. Same on the Z.

Have you checked your main serpentine belt for wear / tightness?

I have the same issue on my Maxima with the Stillen (Vortech) kit. After repacking the bearings, the noise went away but came back in about 1000 mi.
