You have to change the valve covers.

change ur vc's like mention above. i had the same issues a few weeks ago

If their is oil on the tip that goes in the combustion chamber I wouldn't be suggesting Valve Covers but if you also have it on the body of the spark and the coil pack then I would change the VC and see where it goes from there.
