Actually I live in my home I OWN, not my parents. I OWN my G35, and I do make 150k a year and I'm only 25. You probaby haven't accomplish half the things I have old man. My career is in the electrical field, so when someone says something as stupid as "this would draw 500 amps" I correct ignorant people bother me

You know, instead of talking ****, why not actually do the math to show everyone? No one really cares what you drive, what you own or who you are. We might be mildly interested in the calculations. maybe

My original intent when posting to this thread was to provoke thought on the practicality (or lack thereof) of a 12v supercharger. How could I have ever dreamed I would be so richly rewarded with such astounding insights such as those of Gasrelay. Though he presented his argument with great enthusiasm, there was a certain lack of data that I found unconvincing. The profanity laced insults, again presented with great bravado, lacked the originality I would expect from a renaissance weevil d**k little puke such as himself.

However you may be interested in some of my products to compliment your 12v supercharger

The fully adjustable “playing card and duct tape waste gate”

The “Jumppa Fuse” convert that wimpy cigarette lighter into a Cigar lighter capable of running a 900W asthma-charger (how many Amp’s was that again?)

The “Peltier effect intercooler” (plugs into the other cigarette lighter)

And the “perpetuial motion battery charger”* (in case you get a blower and battery bank actually capable of producing boost) *jumper cables not included

These should be available by the time Gasrelay gets his drivers license, however cars with cigarette lighters man not be.

Sadly I must cut the line and let the young one go, don’t worry about the hook in the mouth, it will rust and fall out in about a week.

Now run upstairs and tell your mother it’s time for your medication (she should prolly increase the dosage). Be sure to stay inside so the other kids don’t beat you up. Again!

Reminds me of someone who once boasted how he was "handsome and successful at such a young age..."

Yeah I have my license and the greddy twin turbo kit with cigarette lighter. I think I'm still better than you old
man. Yeah steer away from the real insult that you couldn't handle. Banter on about nothing, doesn't change the fact you know nothing about cars or their electrical systems. Do you still think it draws 500amps?

Take a look at some of hang up and drives posts then you will get an idea of his education level and how much he knows about cars, chances are he doesn't even have a g35.

Might even have been Naber. Either way, both got pwnt to hell and back multiple times and eventually banned. Gas, you listening? Maybe you know your electricity (though you still haven't shown us the math), but lots of people have nice cars, own their houses and have good jobs, but they don't have a burning need to tell everyone they do, which says a lot about them. And you.

May be flyinb501 can do the calculation and he would have to do it at 100% effecieny because he wouldn't know how to calculate I2R losses, mechanical losses, or heat losses. May be that's why you make 60k a year and I make 150k plus.

500 amps, your stupid buddy
7hp, nice uneducated guess.
Ban me I don't give a f*** as long as I can point out
a dumbass it's worth it

Lightbulb

Ohms law I=P/E

At 12 volts

79.16667 Amps =950watts /12Volts

At 24 volts using 2 batteries ran in series

39.58333 Amps

That was really hard
Its only 4th grade math.....

The amps are not a problem the 950 watts would only be drawn for short instances at start up. I would imagine you are looking at 30 amps constant draw with upsurges during hard acceleration. The G35 alternator is rated for 110 amps.
