Strange noise from the Vortech in my G35.

I was stuck in highway traffic in my 2005 G35 Coupe supercharged by Vortech. I was in first gear for 8-10 minutes. Just drifting, giving the car no gas and drifting in first gear. Then I hear this BBUUURRRRR vibrating loud sound for 40 seconds under the hood. Then I get off the highway and stuck at a red light. It did it again so I got out and lifted the hood. The sound seemed to come from the supercharger belt. Was the car freaking out for sitting so long in first gear? I did just have service last week. Changed engine oil, supercharger oil, small adjustment in the engine for the airfilter to be changed, and the engine was cleaned. See my engine pics. My mechanic asked me to bring in the car monday. Thoughts before the car gets looked at?

The answer you ask? A broken Fan Shroud. Will pressure from the engine rocking break this? Or something from the Vortech? Or did the mechanic break it cleaning my engine?? How would a fan shroud break with 48000 miles in 6 years? Now I have to research the price installed.
