Act sucks on the street they are grabby choppy, Exedy are nice and smooth and hold more torque than an ACT cost might be the only advantage to ACT.

Competition stage 4 (sprung 6 puck) ... dirt cheap, grabs like a ****, noisy, not a hint of smoothness but gets the job done haha. My favorite thing about this clutch is laughing at anyone trying to engage it for the first time! It also keeps the wife out of the driver seat -- which is better for the rims and bumpers.

just thought I would mention how cool you are now. A girl who changes shoes to drive a manual in a car with power. You are cool in my book any day.

thought I would mention I don't like my greddy clutch. don't know what model it is, because the previous owner installed it and couldn't remember, but it kinda sucks in traffic and the hold is bad.

I have a Exedy twin plate. Seems good for the last 3 years now. 473 whp and 4XX tq. Very easy to use on the street and works good at the track.

I run a Carbonetic Triple plate clutch and my G puts down 550WHP and 500WTQ. I love it! Incredible drivability! Beware it is not cheap, but worth every penny IMO.

Speaking of clutches I blew the comp. stage 4 on the 2nd run on slicks during staging last friday... looks like a busted pressure plate. FTL, looking for more robust clutch options now.
