Yesterday we had a customer make the drive from Indiana to our location for a complete Forged Performance calibration using the Haltech ECU. The car was strapped to our Dyno Dynamics Dyno and Sharif went to work. With nothing but start up time on the engine, Sharif also performed a 2hr steady state loaded engine break using our dyno. One of the greatest benefits of the Dyno Dynamics is the ability to steady state tune and perform engine break in before the car ever leaves the shop. This car came to us with the following modifications:

• Forged Performance short block
• ARP L19 head studs
• HKS head gasket
• Cosworth heads
• Supertech billet lifters
• Brian Crower stage 2 cams
• Cosworth intake manifold
• GTM stage 2 turbo kit with GT2871 turbos
• Greddy Evo TT exhaust with restrictions removed
• Haltech ECU
• Innovate dual wideband air fuel meter
• HKS 1000cc injectors
• CJM twin pump unit
• Koyo racing radiator
• Setrab oil cooler
• Stillen high capacity oil pan
• ATS Carbonetic triple disk carbon clutch

Final numbers were 517 HP 410 TQ @ 17psi using 93 octane pump gas. He will be returning soon for an E-85 tune and more boost, which should be very interesting.

 

410 tq on a DE engine at 17 psi? You meant 510! Congrats nice whp #s and good looking engine bay!
