Haha, you are waiting and i'm crying waiting
Thanks, but the credit should really go to GTM so i'll relay the message
It's like herrschaft said, but to add a little bit on top of that. Tune is very important and a SC has a more linear torque increase so it's much easier on the engine compared to the big kick some turbos have.

Here is a post I put up on my350z a couple of days ago that may be interesting for some.
The only worthwhile SC kit to compare it to is the vortech and you can break it down into two comparisons, the compressor itself and the kit's features. So this is from the top of my head.
Compressor differences
Pros
-quieter compared to any of the vortech ones
-comes with its dedicated oil cooler.
-doesn't share engine oil so doesn't heat up your engine oil (the V3 doesn't share engine oil as well but the V2 does)
-slightly smaller dimensions for a same flowing vortech
-faster build up of boost so much more midrange torque. though from my research this property does change slightly depending on which rotrex model you go with though since it'll shift the pressure ratio a bit.
-check the attached gragh courtesey of crtan77. this is comparing a vortech kit with the HKS kit that has GTS8550 which similar in design to the C38-81 (the one i have is the bigger one, c38-91).
Cons
-first installation on the DE, but GTM has a few on the HR and VHR
-hasn't been around as long as vortech
-not as many good aftermarket options
-less compressor options that are interchangeable
-compressor oil is more expensive then engine oil and the vortech oil, but you seldomly change it out. Regarding that matter the V3 self lubricated one requires a dismount of the compressor to perform the oil service.
Kit comparison
Pros
-Comes with much larger intercooler
-Comes with fuel injectors and pump
-Comes with the reverse cylinder cooling found on the HR (stabilizes the cylinders temp that are closest to the firewall)
-No jack shaft, so only one serpentine belt (but this can also be viewed as a bad thing since you can really customize the drive ratio on the vortech because of this)
-No cog belts
-Compressor is mounted at the bottom closer to the FMIC inlet (less piping and also more stealthy)
-Auto belt tensioner (reduces belt snap)
-Better belt wrap then the vortech
-Air filter location is at a better location and is not sandwhiched
Cons
-more involed installation
-more expensive kit, but much more complete out of the box (so it might turn out cheaper or about the same at the end)
-limited upgrade options in the future for swapping compressor
Maybe Sam or Mike from GTM will add or correct on some of the things I said. HTH.

Just got off the phone with Sam (thanks Sam for always being reachable by phone) and cams are swapped out and things should start moving again. I'll give him a call this Friday again to see how things will pan out for the remaining of the build.

^The cylinder head job i got from Rebello with custom cams caused some major delays. GTM is working to try to get the heads to work with the more normal cams but everything is still out of spec. Hopefully we'll see this coming week. I would think that the kit should be ready for the the general public very shortly after my car is done, so june/july? How's your car doing?
