Question SPECIFIC Turbo question for a noob

Don't want to waste peoples time and forum space with NOOB questions, but this one is pretty specific

I just found someone selling an APS turbo kit in my area. However, its a single turbo and made for a 350Z. Will this fit the G35? If so, the kit was used for roughly 15k miles. Is it worth it to buy a kit with that many miles? Apparently he had it at 8psi.

Thanks

You would either have to talk to APS or someone that run that kit on a G35 (might be hard to find the APS single was a rare kit), It should fit maybe some minor modifications would be required. Most kits will fit both cars but there are some very slight differences in the engine bay. 15,000miles isnt too many, how much are they asking? A brand new Boosted Performance single kit was less than $4,500 last I heard and they can be installed in your drive way in a day

I'm not very familiar with that particular kit but you may find this helpful:
http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/.../it_system.htm

Complete parts list the kit should come with:
http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/...stallation.htm

Video a G35 with kit installed:

Good luck!

You can talk to GTM, they may have the supplemental kit for the G. They installed my APS ST.

There is a mod kit to make it fit the G35. Go to Airpowersystems.com for part #. Check with Z1 motosports to see if they have it. That's my advice.
