Vortech Rev-Up Serpentine Belt Replacement

Bought some replacements for if the front belt breaks just curious i had to undo the SC from the bracket to actually squeeze the belt in between SC and the bracket. Is this necessary can you actually squeeze the belt in-between or must you loosen the SC from to allow the belt to fit?

I managed to squeeze mine in without taking anything off. Get the belt started in the opening and turn the pulley as you push the belt through the gap. It will feed itself in with a little effort.

Yep! It will go though. Main key is to turn the pulley little by little as you put pressure on the side of the belt.

Alright sounds good wasn't sure I just undid the back bolts from sc before mounted it. This mainly for on the road. Figuring out what tools to keep in the trunk.
