Backfire with Stillen SC Fx35.. Any insight tips suggestions? >> Free Starbucks <<

Hey guys havent been back for a while, but now I drive a Stillen 05 Fx35.

I have recently started to have a lot of issues though. Kit is ~25k old. I have a stage 4 kit apparently with the stillen intake and IC SC.

- Car seems to want to backfire and not accelerate properly.
- Checked compression across all cylinders and it was the same ~165-170s
- Pulled the SC belt off and drove it around yet still the same and doesnt accelerate smoothly
- No check engine light

My questions are what could it be? I get a lot of hesitation with the SC belt installed. Tried removing the drive belt for the SC and it still hesitates a lot (Question is SHOULD IT?) No check engine lights or anything, just hesitation and wants to backfire.

Persons advice that helps me get to the bottom of this, Ill paypal you a FREE STARBUCKS! I can get txts at 765 293 7093

Its probably related to the FMU or the stillen black box as i used to call it.Check the vacumn hose that goes to it and make sure its still hooked up.

That happened to my car with a dirty MAF. Happened right after I installed the K&N. Shortly after, I had to replace the Split Second box so it was kinda two things at once

Low fuel pressure was the culprit.. the grommet on the fuel pump (walbro) is torn.. we r thinking this is causing low pressure..

now we r trying to locate this piece.. just thought id let everyone know..

also if u have that piece lmk please!!
