I reckon go for the higher comp ratio ( 9.3:1) and develop a nicer power curve across the entire rpm range, improved off boost partial throttle power also with the higher comp ratio

It's been said many times, just because the JWT kit is targeting 400hp to the crank doesn't mean that's all it will push. They claim that around 330ish to the wheels is the safest to run the car for a long time. So if you want to build the motor they said they would have reflashes to turn up the boost. So don't count them out just because you hear 330 to the wheels.
