Thoughts on current build!

hi guys just wanted thoughts and advice! so i got my car pro charged a few months back, i put in 440cc injectors and a 225 walbro fuel pump, it has a cutback exhaust and aem air intake, coper iso md spacer, up rev tune, and 3 gauges sideband a/f, oil demo, and boost.
the supercharger has a custom fabbed bracket so it dosnt break belts and it has a 12psi pulley so i wanted to tune it close to the 400 to the wheels mark but it blew a head gasket on the dyno just my luck.... so a few months later here i am and the car is currently all apart at a shop having cometic head gaskets, wiseco pistons 8: 8 :1, and eagle rods put in, also new slotted rotors and test pipes while its there.

I just want feedback on the build so far, what i could add while its apart to add hp or just be good to do at this point i kinda want to look into e85 and also want to get an oil pressure gauge and mac said they hope to have it at close to 430 to the wheels for my dd

If your car is non-rev up, you'll want to get a rev-up oil pump put in. Maybe an oil cooler. Also, are you putting new bearings in? I would recommend that as well while the car is open. ACL bearings is the norm.

If the engine is apart.. Get headers, tes pipes and cams installed.. More HP with less boost.. Or if you really want a good HP increase, get PPE long tube headers with cams

Timing chains? Front and rear main seals...arp headstuds... with pistons and rods on a high oct mix you should be able to break 500whp on a dd. There's a few people on here in the 600+ neighborhood that can probably give you better advice. your 440 injectors may become the limiting factor.

Why are you running 8.8 if you're supercharging? Typically they react well to higher compression. I would go 9.5-10:1 with 93 pump gas (9-9.5 to be safe if you've only got 91 available), higher if you want to get into meth/water injection or have steady access and good tuning for e85.

Tomei expreme test pipes with my exhaust sound good. And as stated above 440 injectors will not get you to 500whp. There are plenty of members who have injectors that would meet your needs. Just make sure they're flow tested or have them flow tested after purchase. You can save a few $$$.

+1....superchargers are even worse on fuel than turbos, since the engine has to work harder to spin the blower; expect around 750cc or more to hit 500whp...

For that matter, it'll take some work to get a procharger on a VQ to 500whp...you'll have to work around the belt slip/breakage, and potentially running out of blower even if you overspin it by pullying it down (ie blower efficiency)...

yeah after the info i have been getting i want to look into an oil cooler, and bigger injectors and i forgot to mention i have had a lot of work facing a bracket onto the supercharger to prevent slip and breakage of belts.
