Research the Forced Induction sections both on here and my350z.com. Judging from your questions you have a lot of reading to do.

 

OMG this thread has blown up, Look best supercharger hands down is Vortech, its very debatable on which turbo kit is the best. If your serious about wanting very high horsepower with a supercharger the only way to get there is the Vortech V7-YSI. http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/page.php?id=30016

If you want very high Horsepower with a Turbo you can either go with a Big single turbo with a lag or can go with moderate Twins.

Just do some more reading you can find all the answers your looking for on My350z or G35Driver.

 

And the Vortech V7-YSI will fit Infiniti G35 2005- 2007?
Also what supporting mods would I need?
