FI G owners - wannagofast.com 1/2 mile event

Hey guys, I posted this on my350z as well but I figure some of you guys are die hard driver only fans.

I had a great time at the wannagofast.com and encourage you guys to consider coming out to these events. Thought I'd share a few pics and happy to answer any questions...

I need to give a big thank you to Dynosty. They provided me with such a solidly built car - the kind of car I thought I was building in 2007 but only became a reality in 2014 thanks to their efforts.

A quick run down of the build:

Haltech Pro Plugin tuned by Hal for flex fuel capability, 3.5L VQDE Dynosty built motor with Carillo rods, CP pistons, Kelford 272 cams, Dynosty custom head work, Dynosty crankcase ventilation system, Dynosty custom twin GTX2867 turbo set up, carbon fiber driveshaft, Bilstein PSS10 suspension with front ExoticAir cup kit, DSS pro axles, SPL suspension parts front and rear.

This was my best run of the day.

I do believe there were too many cars on Saturday. I think there were over 130 cars on Saturday and fewer than 90 on Sunday running. It was pretty well organized - kudos to the wannagofast team. Lots of fun and definitely more in the car. Was spinning through 1st and part of 2nd gear.

One of the best parts was having Dynosty present as a sponsor. Hal was analyzing my data logs between runs (what support! thank you Hal!) and gently chided me for having such slow 0.7 sec shift times! Ok, he merely pointed out how much runway I was wasting during my 4-5 shift without gaining mph. I definitely need more practice and look forward to future opportunities!

Hal, Dustin, Eddie and the new growing team at Dynosty - thank you!
