Vortech with Cat-Deletes...TS Reflash?

Ok I decided on the Vortech kit for my automatic G...I talked to Technosquare and they said I only needed a "L-Spec Reflash" which consist of bumping the rev limiter to 7200 rpm so my auto doesnt hit "fuel cut" and gives it time to shift in "drive"...they also take the speed governer off so I can go 49682 mph if I wanted to lol j/k...and they open the throttle to 100% at WOT...so basically my question is would it be safe to run cat-deletes on just the "L-Spec Reflash" considering my OEM ECU doesnt handle the Fuel and Timing (the SS box that's supplied with the Vortech should be handling this) or do I have to take it in again to get it reflashed?

p.s. Let's say I do need a TS Reflash for just the Cat-Deletes and I went ahead and did it, and emissions time comes around and decided to put my stock cats back in, would that hurt my car? or do I need another re-flash just to drive around with my stock cats for a day to get tested and then take my cats off again when the testing done and send back my ECU to TS aaaagain to reflash back to the program with the cat-deletes? make sense? lol

Thanks for listening to my rant, I'm sure this issue has popped up in some of you "forced induction" guys heads, considering a considerable amount of HP can be unlocked with just removing the cats...your help is much appreciated.

If your kit is a new one...it will still run on the rich side and be safe , cats or no cats . The SS box is tuned with a laptop and you need the R4 program . If you take it to a tuner to get it tuned . Then decide to put your cats back on for a day to get inspected , you'll have no problems at all . If tuned , when you put your cats back on , you'll be tuned perfectly again
