Lightbulb Vortech running 10psi on g35 sedan with dyno pics and car pics

I have a G35 sedan with a vortech sc running 10PSI. I have had the air-fuel mixture tuned perfect, and the car is runing great. I went to the stillen show today and pulled 342WHP on the dyno. I had spoke with people their and they said 10psi was on the high side, and some say it will blow my motor.
So, I was just wondering what your guys opinion was that...

Stock Vortech system runs 8psi as far as I am aware of, I am guessing it's also the same for sedans. 10 psi with the stock pulley is pretty damn high, I think that is what I will be getting with the new 9lb pulley I just installed.

I do have the 9lb pulley on my car.
On the dyno at Churches Automotive in Wilmington it showed 9.75 psi of boost.

I neen info on how the motor can hold up to that boost.
I have all stock internals.

Are you a auto or 6mt? Because you dynoed very low for that amount of boost.

You should have noted that you had the 9lb pulley in the begining
In that case I think you are right at the correct psi but like G35_TX said, that is a low number even for an 8lb pulley car.

I have a Auto but I also did the stillen valve body.

I agree with the low horsepower and high boost. What is the deal with that?

When I had the car tuned I did not touch the timing of the motor, because I fugured be safe then sorry.

So the HP figures are only tunes through Fuel and Air.
The tuner had said if I tweak the timing I can pull 370WHP.
But I said I dont want to blow my motor.

A big issue that can cause low hp and high boost is improper tuning. Your air/fuel could be way off and you could be doing more damage than good. I would get everything checked out asap. Dyno and have the AIR/FUEL measured right away to see what its running. It's better to run a little rich than lean.

Edit: Another thing a belt slipping can cause this. Or your blowoff valve could be leaking as well as boost increases. Both can make you loose hp.

What are you using to tune the car, I mean did you purchase the SS box, also you do not need to mess with the cars timing as the vortech retards timing at set rpm intervals,I have heard that right out of the box the vortech puts down pretty impresive numbers like 345-360 so something is def. not adding up here.
How do you like the valve body upgrade, I am doing that last but never heard real feedback as of yet.

The guy that had tuned is very popular and said the car is running perfect.
The air-Fuel mixture could not be any better (12:1) ratio is what its at.
I have been through multiple tunes with this car and different mods.

If I knew how to upload an image onto this thread I would show you the dyno results and give me your opinion on what you think. I also got a boost sheet that displayed the boost at every RPM's.

The car has a different ECU box then vortech supplied. I switched because the G3 motorsports box is a fully tunable ECU.

Also I know Stillen recommends that their SC use the stock headers for more backpressure. I have Stillen headers and high flow cats, would that make a difference in HP. Full flowing 3" exhaust with just a single muffler on the back.

When I had the STillen valve body installed I had not many upgrades. ( No SC or really anything but exhaust and intake). The difference was really nothing, I could only see maybe 15% - 20% better shifting. Once I got the SC then the valve body was put to use and I noticed excellent improvments on the shift quickness and how smooth. It makes the transmission feel much stronger.

The car was tuned with a dyno and laptop hooked into the ECU. The upgraded ECU over the Vortech is able to be programmed with a Laptop, and I used split second software.
