I"m considering getting the vortech on an 05 at coupe. I really dont feel like getting a valve body upgrade or a new TC, anyone running this supercharger on a auto tranny? How many miles? Any issues?

your right it does; and i saw the old threads. Everyone says you should get a TC and valve body upgrade; my question is for those who have the vortech and have not done any upgrades to it. I'm wondering how the stock tranny is holding up. This issue wasnt very thoroughly discussed in any of the previous threads.

I right there w/ you...... Everything I've read says that auto-trans on non-modded Vortech, are working just fine w/o trans. upgrades.

Yet everyone recomends them for smoother shifting.
