Help with Vortech?

I want to increase the boost but cant find the part number for the replacement pulley and belt and where to buy them?

Gates Belt is 25-060930

My guess is it's either a Mustang Dyno, it's untuned, or it's those heavy 20" wheels... or I guess it could be any combo of the above.
