I notice you cut down the eng cover, & I've seen similar by others.
Just wondering;
Did you consider using a 350Z cover? ......(assuming it fits)
Thanks to my buddy Mike (2003z)....we pulled it off!!
Vortech is installed and working fine!!!
Install was not bad at all....with the exception of a UR crank pulley that a local shop had installed for me....AND TORQUED WAY TOO TIGHT. It would NOT come off......Cost us approx. 5 hrs pulling the radiator.....
We finally got a guy to come with an air inpact wrench that they use on semi trucks and with 1450 ft lbs of torque later......it came loose. Insane.
We prob could have done the install in a good 10 hrs easy, without that problem.
The thing I cant believe are the clearance tolerances......Dahm....you can barely see daylight between some of the pipes,cogs, pulleys and pieces!
So now....I'll just take it kinda easy until I can get up to CPR in the next week or so for a good tune.
