I am very interested in going FI in my 05 AT coupe but need to know actual HP/TQ produced by those who have already been there.

Please feel free to share your setup (supercharger/turbo, interns, mods, etc.) so I can decide which route will meet my goals. I'm not expecting big numbers but at least 350whp/300lb tq would be nice. Thanks

I have a Vortech on my AT5 . Running 13.5psi right now . 400WHP and 319 trq . Mustang dyno.....would be 448whp and 357 trq. on a Dynojet dyno . No problems with the tranny . I did put a trq. converter on and plan on doing a VB upgrade soon

Nice, 13.5psi What kind of mods do u have and did you do any tunning or just the ecu reflash? Also, what kind of gas mileage are u seeing in the city compare to freeway?

If you have a copy of the dyno please post it up.

ATI procharger 2 months now ~ 1,000 miles. 7psi --> 350hp**310tq
funny transmission problem last week, but its was from water dripping on my TCM.
All better now! No other issues, lots-o-fun.

Hey where did you go to school?

Good to hear. Is that with just the SC and stock interns?

I just graduated from USP (www.usip.edu) in PA.

I'm not too familar with the t-trim blower. Is that an upgrade to the vortech SC?

I wish I had the time and money to do a full build up but I dont. Max I want to spend is up to 10g on both exterior/interior so that means I'm basically going to be running stock interns.

What do you think I would get if I only do the vortech SC, headers, y pipe, MD 3/8 spacers, SGP valve body, ecu reflash?

I'm asking about the mileage bc the G35 is basically my daily driven car. If the best i can do is 240 per tank than I might not want FI after all (i hope not). So please let me know.

BTY, thanks for the info guys...

Ya, I read your old post and they were very helpful.

What is stock compression on our cars? I use to have a turbo integra (lsvtec setup: 380hp/260tq) and I built that motor with low compression pistons (91). I was always told that for SC, u would want HI compression pistons instead of low compression pistons.

Also, is the Vortech SC set at 9psi or 7psi and does it come with hi pressure fuel pump and injectors?

The T-trim is the same blower housing...diff. blades and bigger intake . MPG with stock Vortech kit isnt bad...unless your into the gas alot . WHP with stock kit is 320whp to 370 tuned . Depending on dyno used and tuner

Stock is 8psi...but that depends on your exhaust . I only got 7psi but had a free flowing exhaust . Stock comp. is 10.3 to 1 . High compression motors arent good to boost in any form . You can do it and it is being done , but you have to limit the boost you use . And yes...comes with a aux. fuel pump and an FMU

Vortech comes 8psi. You can upgrade to the 9lb pulley (3.12) for that extra push. My Vortech goes in my '05 AT coupe this week. It'll be completely stock except for Crawford H/F Cats. Neffster will also be installing the Vortech this week and he has similar mods you mentioned but he has a MT. Then...there will be a big Dyno day in Orlando on Saturday (Check out the Florida G35 Club forum)and there will be many G's and Z's there. Some stock, some S/C, some turbo'd, both MT and AT. All done on same day and same dyno. Well have the final numbers next week. Don't know if you are anywhere near Florida but it should be fun.

8 psi only? I want at least 9psi (hehe, greedy) so hopefully ill see that with the headers and y pipe.

This thread has been quite helpful.

I have mine I love it once I got my belt fixed the HP number I have in my sig is low because my belt was slipping and it was like 100 degrees outside but eversince I got my belt fixed I feel a dramatic differance I know I feel an additional 30hp or so especially when it's cool outside OMG the thing flies on the freeway.

i've got a stillen stage 3 7psi sc on my g35 auto sedan. Currently I am having a fuel pressure problem at the upper rpms. Once resolved I should be @320hp/300tq
I currently hit 280/280 with 6 psi running lean.
