I am having the APS ST installed and it comes with the Unichip mgt piggy back right? So, do I need to have my ecu reflashed? If so why, what am I going to gain or miss out on if I don't?
Also, I was thinking about getting the new Greddy E Ultimate. How would this work with the Unichip and my stock ecu or reflashed ecu.
If I do a reflash isn't there a cheaper shop other than Technosquare? Is it a comparable reflash?

The APS comes with the unichip which is a piggy back used to tune the car. You will not need a flash unless you want to raise the rev limiter and remove the speed limiter. If you get the Greddy Ultimate you can not use the unichip. It will be one or the other. Just stay with the unichip. There are no tuners in FL currently for the unichip, but Japtrix in West Palm is getting the unichip software soon. You can drive the car safely with the tune that the APS comes with out of the box.

I had read that to modify the Unichip you had to have OE software. With that in mind, do you think it would be easier (in the long run) to use the E Ultimate and scrap the Unichip? I would like to get around 455+ rwhp some day soon.
you need the unichip software to tune the unichip. Currently there aren't any shops in FL that have the unichip software, but Japtrix is supposed to get it soon (2-3 months). If you don't wan't to wait, then go with the Emange Ultimate.
