wa2good,

Your car looks nice, and im sure its fast!!!

But there are plenty of "proud" owners of cars that are just as nice as yours on these forums that will take posts like your first post the wrong way. I am not one of them, but i can see where they are coming from...

Just a tip, but "tone" is hard to tell on the internet so id be extra sensative when posting things - esp since your a noob to the forums here...

Reguardless of what anyone says (including me) your car is sick! and i think you should post some pictures asap!

Whoopy 5 whole customers! SGP has about 60 happy clients me being one of them. The point is I have just as much money invested in my whip and it makes lot of power also, but you don't see me coming on this or any other site bragging about how big my *** is. I am not bashing your car, rather your attitude as well as your shop's attitude (referring to post made in other threads).

wa2good,
I'm not sure if you see where these guys are coming from, ... but, for what it's worth, from someone who has been in the 'scene' for 10 yrs, and has spent WAY too much time reading on forums , ... what they mean, Basically, is that your post sounds like a commercial for VRT, ... like an annoying info-mercial that claims extrodinary things about something that has been done for Years. Maybe if you think about it like that, you can kinda see, ... and maybe if there weren't a handload of posts within 24 hrs or so about how great VRT is at building cars (not website's or grammar low blow, I know), people wouldn't have reacted the way they did.

If VRT is a good shop, the news will spread on it's own, without peddling done by others, ... and if your car is sick, ... people will ask who helped you, and they will spread the word. Another reason people may have posted like they did was that they did not/do not want this forum to turn into a 'my *** is bigger than yours, and so is my shop's, my sister's too' forum, .... Which many other enthusiast sites have become. It's a hard thing to try and "regulate" and be nice at the same time.

well, that's more than 2 ¢, but take it as you may
Cheers
Sean
btw, your car does sound very nice, ... hope to see it someday!

6 Amstels + this thread = me going to sleep laughing harder than I have in awhile. Good read.

500 hp is 500 hp no matter how you look at it, its sick... and VTR should be proud of it... HOWEVER..... its not a "supercar" per say.

Spanking a Ferrari or Porsche GT... congrats... just remember, that guys got about 5 other cars in his garage as sick/close to as sick as either one... and could buy 4 of what your driving.

I for one am not about who can cram more hp under the hood of this or under the hood of that. I prefer the Driver vs. Driver aspect of racing, and well... yeah... that website is about how big what's in your pants is. Sounds like a bunch of kids with a socket wrench set advertising pump-gas powered viagra.... sorry I'm 22, don't need that yet.

I think that just solved the mystery on who made their website!

You wouldn't get flamed if you talked about what, how, and tips of what you did instead of trying to spam the boards with this company. The shop that did my car has also done numerous G's and Z's. SGP doesn't need to spam the boards because reputation is best made by word of mouth. You would have been better off to just have the people that own the five cars to come on here and share pictures/experiences and people would have asked where they got it done. Instead you decide to do an all out Cross-posting assault. Have you ever heard the phrase "Lions don't have to roar."

LOL!

... which gives me and idea!! Tell whomever it may concern, that if I can drive one of the "supercars" at a track event, ... I will fix their website for free!! (hell, I'd even settle for a drive around town! )
