I gotta get that info on the wastegate mod from you tig. i have a blk 04 g35 6mt at car version 2 in delaware. the aps st is in but i'm waiting on grd to ship the unichip with the 93 octane map. should be done by the end of next week. the only things i installed with the kit were the aam spacer, fuji exhaust, stillen engine and master cylinder brace. i did'nt realize that aps st kits were so rare on g35's. that's good to know. btw tig whats your hp level and current state of tune?

Single turbos on Gs are really rare..the shop i went to said they only installed 2 or 3, and with twin turbos they installed a lot. TT is just way out of my budget

They are rare because you can get the tt for about 1000.00 more if you shop.

now, G352NV, all things being equal id rather have a single than a twin anyway. especially if the 1000 more option is the greddy, then you gotta pay for install. i installed my single but wouldnt want to do a TT install. plus unless you build the motor its irrelevant.

i doubt you could find a twin with a plenum for $5400

There also rare because aps only shipped 25 to the states in the first batch. i think the next 25 were scooped up by bulletproofautomotive. i went to the shop to check out the install and this kit is soooooo clean. the downpipe is absolutely beautiful. gotta watch those speedbumps now though.

i gotta 02 gsx-r750 for my speed fix, the infiniti is for the nice days with the missus when pesky mustang gt's and neon srt4's and cobalt ss's decide they wanna pick on the poor heavy infinity with the chrome 19" volks. i get that ALOT in my area. 400whp is just enough to send them packin, wonderin what the hell did that dood have in his ride. HOLLER!!!!!!!

on a built motor, the aps single turbo can, go as big as the tt kit, the 35R can flow enough cfm for 650hp.

i just didnt want to have to install a twin setup.

Old one but its nice! I guess for me I wanted the boost to come on early. I liked the Vortech but hated that the boost came on so late. I know the ST comes on fast but I wanted it to come on as early as it can and hold it until redline. I would really like to see some ST APS vids in a 1/4 mile!
In the end APS builds GREAT kits. Im really impressed with the build of this kit. You just cant go wrong with the TT or the ST.

yeah both kits achieve full boost pretty quick, ~3500, much quicker than my vortech, that damn boost drop issue is driving me nuts, im gonna fix it if its the last thing i do.

Steve , just out of curiosity when did your boost on the vortech kick in as I am working with Ted and the unichip to see if we can get the SC to kick in earlier plus we are trying to get it to build more torque.
