what kind of fuel managment????

hey, i'm new to g35's, but deffinatley not new to boost and forced induction. what kind of fuel managment is out there for g35's??? i know there's always a safc or a rising rate FPR, but i would never in my right mind use one for an F/I setup. what are all of you guys using??

why wouldnt you use a FPR? whats wrong with that? you can safely use a FPR in conjunction with a piggyback system. There's G's using SAFCs, Emanage, maybe some full stand alones even. Just really depends with what you are going for. Kits like the vortech S/C come with their own piggyback system. SS box (split second). http://www.splitsec.com This piggyback can be tuned via a laptop. Not only does store fuel maps, but it also has ignition timing maps. I myself, got a copy of the R4 software needed to tune, and i was very impressed by all the simple functions it has. Realtime datalogging, nice array of settings, 3d graphs etc... definately something to look into. I'm sure someone can add on here.

i'm just totally new to g35's, and i'm just tryin to find out what the general consensus was on what kind of managment to use. i'm leaning more twards something stand alone since that's what i've always run, plus i don't feel like blowing up a brand new $35,000 car.

Until a the new engine managment units are proven . Im sticking to using the Split Second...easy to use , simple , and does a good enough job for now
