That doesn't make any sense, since CARB stands for California Air Resource Board. If the California board approved it for emissions, why would it be legal in every state other than California.

I completely agree. See here's the weird thing, on their web site it says "50-state smog legal under CARB EO# D-213-22" and the product even comes with a "carb stamping" on the piping. So obviously it is safe for california right? But then it says this on their site "Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway, currently this system has only been released for cars with manual transmissions." So i mean if it's carb legal, then why cant you use it on a highway?

Any other thoughts on this?
