upkeep on superchargers... SC Owners help

hello, I have been thinking of throwing on a SC for so long and I just got a 2nd car for the winter. So I am thinking of doing it soon. My question is how much maintenance is involved with a SC. How often do you need to be serviced and does the computer need to be tuned at all after the initial tuning? I know this might seem like a dumb question, but I want to research what I will be getting into. I know the belt needs to be replaced also. Can anyone educate me on the upkeep of a SC system? I am thinking of getting on in the near future on long island, NY.
Thanks in advance for the input

you should pull the SC out at 20,000 miles or so and have it serviced...at that time you clean your filter...tuning, once tuned, if nothing changes (i.e. addtl mods) neither does the tune...other than that, change your oil every 3k mile cuz the C does use your engine oil of cooling and lube...that's all...

You will want to clean out your oil squirter every 3,000 miles if you want to maintain your warranty on your blower.

You will also want to change spark plugs every year or so if you get a conservative tune (even more so if you keep the factory tune since you'll be running so rich you'll foul the plugs).

You will also want to consider changing the belts every 2 years.

You may want to clean the air intake filter every 5-10K miles (I say that because mine sure is getting FILTHY awfully fast )

You'll want to check to make sure your main belt is plenty tight. You'll have to re-tighten that at least one time after the first 500 or so miles as the belts tend to stretch and you lose boost. If you keep the belt that comes with the kit you'll be tightening it forever.

Randy mentioned oil changes... That's all that I can think of this early in the day.
