There is no airflow other than from the fans in the shop going to the car, which in my opinion don't really simulate driving conditions. So if there is heatsoak on the dyno, i could be from just the lack of air period, regardless of what kind of bumper is being used.

I can tell you this:
3 weeks ago I was running the stock bumper and hitting about 10.0 on my A/F at about 6500 rpm.
I just got the TS1 bumper intalled and took it for a little spin. I hit 14.2 on the A/F at about 6000 rpm, scared the ****z out of me.
Loading stock vortech map and getting tuned ASAP.
Oh yeah, temp was about the same.
lower intake charge = more hp = need more fuel = LEAN
