04 G35 Vortech SC The kit with everything and SS box and gauges was 3500, price for install 800, Fuji exhaust, y-pipe and Crawford cats 2000, Cams, L-flash, Headers and smaller pulley with labor 4,000. Total 10,300. Power 415rwhp and 320trq.

Forgot to add price per hp $55 but with the new front bumper and more power this will lower the cost per hp.

Thanks urban.

Ok, we need GMAN, NEFFSTER, G8TOR to chime in here...

And who had the early TN ST? The first batch of kits is just going out, right?

My initial costs are $4300 for the Vortech, $1000 for install, and I'm not sure how much for the J&S and Zeitronix. So far I've invested over $6k and I'm not done. In the near future, I'm getting 440 cc injectors at $500, 9 lb pulley at $75 and a new bumper and tune. This should take me near 400 rwhp. This will probably be another $1000 invested. Next, in about a year or so, a SPG short block for $2700 rated for over 575 rwhp and probably another $4k for pulling, shipping and reinstall of the new block. I can then push the engine as far as a Vortech would let me, which is probably a T-trim with a 2.88 pulley good for around 450 rwhp. $15k in FI sounds like alot, but spread out over a two year period isn't too bad.

+1 $44K (includes wheels and body kit, basically every mod) and counting. I need to fix my fuked up built motor and I am looking at least to another $3K. If I could do it all over again I wouldn't. Seriously if I could do it all over again, I would have gone with APS TT just because it is idiot proof. The Greddy TT kit and some others leave to much error on the installing and tuning. Unfortunately no matter what I did.....read: how much money I spent or where I went to have my car worked on, everthing went wrong!

Cheapest I've seen is
Turbonetics kit: ~$4500
Install $~750-1000
Boost Gauge: ~$100
Thats bare bones gauges and a good kit with no more tuning needed. 365-380 RWHP at 8 PSI 11:1 AFRs...

+1 more for Turbonetics....

I haven't gotten everything yet... hopefully a few more days, maybe a week. But for the turbo kit + goodies it has been less than 7k so far, and that's including a UTEC Tuner Pro, Autometer Gauges, Oil Pan Spacer, Turbo Timer, A bunch of heat wrap, a boost controller. I think if I was going to have it installed professionally I'm probably going to spend less than 9k and put out at least 400whp at ~9lbs. *crosses fingers*

...now if you add on the stuff I have planned for a built block later on, then n/m...

Thanks everyone for the comments. I have heard from a few others that they will post more data soon, so I'm holding off putting it all together. We don't have a lot of representation outside Vortech at the moment anyway. I guess I kind of knew it would come down to Vortech and TN. I also considered APS ST in the running for best value, but looks like a lot of APS ST owners are all having "issues"...

2005 G35C 6speed - NX kit- guages, slicks, opener, heater, the works....$1650 to date. Running a 100 shot with more room to go. Havnt done a dyno yet, but i should be around the 340hp mark and 390 tq mark. I know all of you guys will start flaming on these numbers being bs with no dyno.....I agree. Finals were over yesterday and dyno will come soon enough.
