Turbonetics Customer Service Story...

So a person to remain nameless recently wrecked his G35 shortly after installing his G35 ST kit. Everyone I'm sure knows full well that Turbonetics offers a 12k miles/ 12month warranty on EVERY part of the kit REGARDLESS of who or how the damage was caused. In his case the intercooler and several of the intake pipes were destroyed beyond repair and his G was totalled out. Consequently he purchased another G35 and contacted Reggie at Turbonetics about the kit. Well as I'm sure you have already guessed Turbonetics replaced all the damaged parts for him...FREE OF COST. Now if thats not taking care of your customers I don't know what is...

Attached are the pics of the damaged goods..

Dang....that's strong!

Use your American Express card to purchase the TN kit....and the warranty is doubled to 24 months by AMEX.

Ouch, but at least that's comforting to know that a company will back its product to that extent. Now if that kit would just get here it would be even better

It's great to hear, but a bit insane that a company would replace items damaged in an accident.

I agree that its a bit out there but Turbonetics made a promise that they would take care of anything on the kit that fails in the first year or 12k miles and they are the kind of people who stand behind that...

ummm i'm sorry but i think this is just crazy, why would they replace parts if the car was crashed??? The kit had nothing to do with the car being crashed unless the user couldnt handle the power. I cant see them doing this again

Thats too bad cause they would...sorry if other companies set your expectations that low but Turbonetics tends to try and go above and beyond for their customers..

I with you Stevo. No body in the right mind would replace a part from the owners neglect. Sounds like they are trying to stir up some positive feedback to generate sales.

My $0.02

Now that you have given your $0.02 let me add mine. The fact of the matter is that we have had this warranty for the last 2 years. So no we are not just trying to generate sales. We are just offering quality kits and a service that no other company match. So stop hating buy a kit and become a believer like many have already
