I have Navi too. I would install it in the sunglass holder. It's pretty much useless to me, since my glasses don't fit in there.

So, I am debating between getting Tokico Shocks or Zeitronix. Hmm....

I am happy w my Zeitronix!
Theoretically, shouldn't your A/F stay within limits of the tune you get. I understand that A/F might change slightly during colder weather, but here in socal, the coldest it gets is high 50's.

It SHOULD......

but what if your aux fuel pump slowly starts going bad......

At least I have some IDEA of what is going on and am not totally oblivious to any changes/problems....

^ good point. at least you have some warning if something is wrong. better make sure you can understand the gauges and make sense out of them as well.

$200? More like $550. If I get the basic Zeitronix kit w/ display, how hard is to add Boost and EGT to it later?

Adding Boost sensor is simple as it comes off the intake vacuum.

EGT is not really needed with a SC....it is more important with a Turbo.

Brando - So, I am assuming your EGT read's a constant 0? Why doesn't a SC need EGT? Some people have said the basics are to get all 3.

g8tor20, how did you get A/F, boost and EGT for $500? I went to the website and it said just the A/F with display and Boost comes out to a little over $500.
Last weekend I drove Randy's G (test drive) and he does not run any gauges. Over 16,000 miles without gauges and no problems.

I will be purchasing Randy's G once mine is sold. I have not yet thought about adding gauges but I do like the piece of mind it provides.

Dan, you are correct. I've never had gauges and I have one of the highest mileage Vortech setups. My case is proof that on a well tuned Vortech kit, you don't need gauges. BTW, I was told that by a master tuner in Cali and Vortech (who I got the kit directly from)
