Its not going to be safe what so ever. Just finished my install today and we starting to tune and my stock injectors are at 100% maxed cap. You will be running way lean up high above 5k.

You will be going BOOOM!

spend the $500 or so and get some injectors or you will be forking out $4k for a new motor.

Are you running the out of the box setup ATI sent you?

I've been told the stock injectors are 370cc. You don't want to run an injector above 80% duty cycle as a rule of thumb.
370cc X .8= 296cc should be able to handle 296 WHP

If I go FI next year, I'll use 550cc.
550cc X .8 = 440cc (WHP)

The stock injectors are indeed only 290cc. If you plan on boosting 9 or more you are better off going with at the least 440cc. 550cc is you are really going to build your motor.

Just look at it this way...If you dont pay for it now you will pay more for it later.

What about Vortech Setups? Do those people have to upgrade their injector's as well? Because I don't remember anyone stating you have to change the injectors when they are putting out 350+whp.

So far Im more than happy with the Greddy Eman Ult. The car is not fully tuned yet due to the fact that we reached almost 100% cycle on the stock injectors. Im not running the aerometer inline pump I went with the Walbro 255.

I should have my 440cc by next week then Ill update you on the tuning with the Emanage. Who tuned your setup?

Is a fuel pump upgrade a requirement when upgrading injectors? I guess I could phrase my question this way.....how big of an injector can the stock fuel pump support?

16k miles on this Vortech setup on stock injectors. No problems whatsoever. If I decide to do anything else like a T-trim blower or 3.12 pulley I would definitely upgrade the injectors...

I've got an ATI and last year I upgraded to a full AA return fuel system, eManage and 440 injectors while running 7 lbs of boost. I am currently waiting on my new Aries 9.5:1 pistons and Eagle rods at which point I will also increase the boost to 10 lbs. I'll let you know how it works out, but I doubt I'll have any info for at least 3 weeks.

Have you considered running stock compression (forged internals still), or slightly higher compression (10.5, 10.6), with the supercharger? Reason I ask is, it seems like the engine is safe at 9psi with proper tuning, turbo or supercharger, so it seems like a built engine at stock compression with 9-10 psi would run great and be reliable.
