FI Plugs
Which plugs are you guys running? NGK Iradium, 1 step colder? If so any one have a part number?
I read on this forum that those have to be gapped and they can be brittle. Any truth to that?

That is stock gap and with 100+whp I would definitely get it down to .35 at least. Most will come with .44 pre-gap but that is a little too much with the cylinder pressures you'll be running.

If someone doesn't mind, can you explain what gapping does? I understand what it's doing to the plug itself, but what are the pros/cons to doing it. If I am going to be installing a Vortech full kit. Would you guys still recommend .35 ?

EDIT - I just ordered these... hopefully they'll be fine for my set up. Any other heads up/info?
