4 bolt-ons unichip and vortech=450hp?
Hi guys I really want to know if I could hit the 450hp mark with just four bolt-ons which are headers,test pipes, custom 2.5' true dual exhaust and crawford plenum.Oh and also unichip tuning with the vortech.Well what do you guys think will I be able to hit the 450hp mark I will I still need more stuff? post back thanks

I think you made a typo. You mean 350HP right? Even so, with those mods, you would be doing well to get 250 RWHP on an 5AT, or 260 on a 6MT. Thats about 325 crank. Above that, you need to start looking at cams and head work. Better to just start forcing it in and be done with it. Cheaper in the long run.

250Whp, where are you getting your info? You would have at least 325-335WHP with all those mods.

If you get the smallest pulley [ 2.87 ] and find a dyno that reads really high . Or an operator that is willing to put in a high correction factor . You can get the dyno graph to read what ever HP you want . If you really want to know what the WHP is on your car , find a load base dyno. Tell the operator to put NO correction for DynoJet numbers , Put the Wt. of the car at 3450lb's plus the Wt. of the guy that is sitting in the car when ther dyno pull is done . Then you will have a closer to real street WHP number . If every one did this , we could compare one car from the other . Untill this is done....no one can do a comparo from one car to the next with the same mods or FI kit
