To my knowledge Stillen stage 2 is the only system CARB certified. The Vortec site states that all 50 State legal but the fine print on same site says only on race tracks in California, not legal for street use. Also I was wrong about the APS system, seems that they still haven't been CARB certified. They have applied but have not followed up on the certifictate approval for some reason. I am still trying to find out the right answers and am finding alot of different opinions. Please correct my information if I have errored!! And the hood thing does suck with Stillen. I hope Vortec gets approved and more to the point I hope they are trying to.
