Flux Capacitors put out too much CO2, and do not meet today's strict emissions standards.

The twin-charger intake system creates a small, but very strong, gravitational field, which generates a small singularity--i.e., a "black hole"--under WOT. Without getting into the neutrino-graviton interaction physics, let's just say a -1.5s 0-60 and a 1.7s 1/4-mile at 320mph isn't unreasonable to expect.
