Unfortunately, the G37x coupe is not available with an option that includes steering-wheel paddle shifters, so you have to do your manual shifting with the console-mounted shift lever.
If you want the race-car-inspired paddles, you can get them on the rear-drive G37 coupe or the all-wheel drive G37x sedan.

Sad that they don't come with a manual, but its a reality when most people are never going to consider one as an option. I can't blame Infiniti for this, they are in it to make money in the first place right?
Maybe after Infiniti becomes more established in Europe, they can justify the cost of doing it anyways just because.
At least Infiniti makes the G in a 6MT trim.
