Coupes are now daily driveable in the states that get snow in the winter (which is a lot)

They just opened up a whole new market for themselves.

i'll still rock my g35 anyday over a 37 no matter how much hp increase there is. you just can't beat the old school styling.... i'd rather put weight on my gut before i have extra weight on my car lol

And if they had actually equipped it with a proper manual transmission, then they might actually be able to compete with the likes of BMW and Audi... imagine that.

I don't understand the lack of a manual transmission either. It's not like it's difficult to pull off, just look at the WRX, EVO, Skyline, etc., etc. I guess G37x owners will have to wait for someone to work a paddle shifter mod.

This is exactly why I would buy one. We live in an area that gets a little bit of snow and ice in the winter. My family lives in Michigan and they usually get a lot more and the idea of being able to drive a nice coupe up there in the winter rocks.

I have owned 5 Subarus, still have 2 of them and when I went looking for a new DD AWD was important. Subaru didn't have anything that I was looking for that I haven't already owned, and didn't really want a SUV so I bought an 05 X. It is my very fist auto out of the 10 cars I have owned, it isn't so bad for a DD, in fact I really love this car. I have my MT toy to drive for fun, but the auto is honestly nice to have in traffic and when my back is acting up.

thank you. Infiniti wants to be better than bmw but how can you when you want to limit one of... Actually your only sports car to auto awd? They added the awd so why not a manual transmission? I know they opened a new market. I live in on of those states where a awd is wonderful to have.

That bumper has been around since the introduction of the G37 Coupe.

Cars to Compare:

Audi A5
BMW 335i xDrive Coupe
Dodge Challenger R/T
Ford Mustang GT
Hyundai Genesis Coupe
(not yet available)
Does R&T really consider those cars competitors to the G37 AWD Coupe? Interesting

No 6MT is a bummer for those who need an AWD but still wanted to have a little fun. Atleast they're expanding their line up though.

3850lbs of manufacture claimed weight is pretty damn heavy though. My G is about 400 lbs lighter than that

.
