It's looked like the 370Z MT touring model is only 41 lbs heavier than the 03 350Z. I read before that the 3.7L VVEL mechanism weigh pretty hefty..~100 lbs. So plus BBK, more rigid body, higher grade interior/sound deadening....it's not too bad.
