I can't wait to see this, i hope it won't be disappointment. So far the G line was excellent.

Another tidbit: While Palmer would not reveal any further details about Infiniti's new premium sedan model, when asked about the possibility of the Nissan group using a turbocharged V6 on its models like its German rivals, he said, "everybody is looking to deliver V8 power with V6 efficiency, so turbocharging often makes sense."

Yeah, I also hopes the new G does well unlike the recently redesign M series which are a flop. Infiniti trying to be different in this body design with all the curves in the body and on the interior which I think looks hideous. Look at the new Lexus GS, now that design is sweet.

Have to make major changes, this model/style is so stale and the interior belongs in the 80's. I had 3 G's (03, 05, 07) and now switched to BMW because I am so bored with the style that never changes. I know my Bimmer has not changed much either but I had 3 G's so it was a change for me

I wanted to get a 09 G but you could not tell the difference from my 07 visually (I know it has the 3.7).

Very successful & loved them obviously, but all the others have blown by Infiniti now... BMW, Audi, Mercedes to name a few.

I know that the BMW's look nice. I'm just worried that I would be paying a premium for a car that will cost more for repairs. I guess if I was just planning to keep a car for just 3-4 years, it wouldn't matter. But I've had my G35 for almost 9 years so far.

Nice! Hopefully they step up the performance a bit. The new 2013 Genesis Coupe has surpassed the G37 IPL in terms of performance
