lol, you guys.

Yeah a good amount of money was used for the project, but in the end the time and thought invested by those involved way overshadows the money.

Speaking of those involved. Can not say thank you enough to everyone that helped along the way. In no particular order. Lawrence (firedawg63nla), Marty (martyg35), John (speedraver) Jeff (fxlr8), Gil (babaluwee), Jay (sundeviljay), Mark (f1fx), Zack (zackt69), Jerome (wasabiz45), Mike (mraturbo), David (gluxury), Kurtis (k67p67), Pierce (dr2k), Calvin (ahero4eternity), Grant (gdup35sedan), Ron (roncfpz), Cheston (chebosto), Danny (cannysage) and anyone else I'm forgetting at the moment. Those that knew about the project and kept it hush hush, not that it was some top secret project we just wanted to do it without creating buzz in case it didn't finish on time or meet anyone's expectations.

Auto Explosion absolutely rocks. From conversations about what we wanted to change on the body to working with us on what parts we could borrow, and the amount of time spent on the project from their side is crazy. 8 weeks of 6 day weeks with at least 1 person working on it daily is a lot of hours to invest into something that started out with nothing to work with. From dream to reality is what they can do, I'm sure many body shops can do this as well, but man they met every expectation and stayed the course.

Last and certainly not least Randy caskyline. My god, Randy has been living and breathing this thing with me for the last 4 months. From the time we decided to try to do something to talking almost every little detail out and going over to the shop 3-4 times a week with me or on his own to check on progress and give guidance. He's put more work and time and effort into my FX than he has on his top notch ride lately, he's pushed me and I've pushed him and it's been a fun experience.

As far as the show scene. All subjective, some of the best "show" cars out there are the subtle ones that are complete vehicles. These get lost in the crowd of bright colors, crazy body changes, big time sponsors, and elaborate presentations. Nothing wrong with the last 4 things and they can only help, but in the end it's still a car and the owner needs to live with it and enjoy it and many of us really appreciate a well put together flowing ride than something out of this world.

The fun of modding and making new friends that enjoy the same things is worth more than the money invested and the end product.

Thank you for the kind words Viet. I am proud that you asked me to help and give giudance on your awesome project. I can't believe we pulled it off so well in such a short time, especially what was accomplished in the last 2 days.

It was awesome to see all the attention the FX got at Nightshift and then to cap it off with the Best SUV award.

This was a fun project to do that brought back alot of memories from my mini truck days.
Thanks to the others that did some help, but of course most of all Autoexplosion.

Viet will give alot of credit to others, but he is the one that made it a reality with his vision. I am just honored to be part of it.

Now Infiniti has a new model......... G35 Wagon.

I think a colormod for your projectors would finish things off nicely. IvoryGT does great work, talk to him about it, the fx projectors are very similar to the g35 projectors

System isn't anything crazy. Alpine IVA-D310 PXA EQ, MB Quart components front and rear, 2 Crossfire amps, 2 12W6v2s in the rear floor.

Have some pics of that somewhere will post them later today.
