FX45 gas mileage?

I heard it was poor, maybe 18mpg on the highway. Can 45 owners chime in and let me know what they are actually getting?

Thanks

Those numbers are pretty close, but it all depends how you drive. When my girlfriend drives she gets 20-21 on the highway (yes for the 45). She keeps it around 75 and doesn't floor it when passing. Me, I don't have the patience for that so I typically get around 17.

even those numbers are high I think.

this is what EPA says:
MPG (city)
14

MPG (highway)
18

MPG (combined)
15

And 320hp. Takes a lot of fuel to generate those ponies. Also its not nearly as aerodynamic as the G35 and other models so that hurts you a lot at high speeds.

Yeah, I agree my numbers are a bit high. I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure if that's what everyone else gets but that's what I get and its pretty consistent.

I get exactly what the epa says: 15 city and 18 highway. Its kinda low but you're getting V8 performance in a fairly heavy SUV so it makes sense.

i still get 24mpg on my G sedan and that's turbo'ed... as long as you stay below the boost line you're good on gas. but once you step on it thats a different story.
